We at GandA Properties, LLC are working to make our site accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility Arrangements at GandA Properties, LLC Vacation Rentals

Our vacation rentals are designed with comfort in mind; however, accessibility features may vary by property. At this time, our accommodations may not be fully equipped to meet all ADA accessibility standards. Guests with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us in advance to determine if a particular property is suitable for their stay.

While we do not operate a physical office or storefront, here are a few general notes about accessibility at our vacation homes:

  • Parking: Each property has on-site or nearby parking, though designated accessible parking spaces are not currently available.

  • Entryways: Most units include steps at entry and may not be wheelchair accessible.

  • Interior: Doorways, hallways, and bathrooms may not accommodate mobility devices in all units.

  • Communication Assistance: We are happy to provide check-in information or house instructions in alternative formats upon request.

  • Support Animals: Service animals are always welcome in accordance with local laws and hosting platform policies.
